Dear Hagerman, Municipal School Parents,
We want to inform you about the possible weather conditions affecting our bus routes. Due to possible high winds and gusts in the area on Tuesday, February 27th, there is a potential risk to student safety, particularly along Highway 285.
As a precautionary measure, if the winds reach severe levels, our school buses will not be crossing Highway 285. The safety of our students is our top priority, and we take these weather-related decisions very seriously.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely, and we will provide you with further updates Via Class Dojo, text message or the Hagerman Website as more information becomes available.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the school office at 575 752-3254.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Sincerely,
Belia Reyes—Interim Superintendent Hagerman Municipal Schools
