
There was a threat to the Roswell Schools today, but the general threat reported in that area has now been lifted, and we want to assure you that Hagerman Municipal Schools were never under any direct threat.
As a precaution, we went into a Shelter in Place earlier today. That has now been lifted, and normal school operations have resumed.

Subject: Hunter’s Education Course – Hosted by Hagerman FFA
Dear Parents, Students, and Community Members,
The Hagerman FFA Chapter is proud to announce that we will be hosting an official New Mexico Hunter’s Education Course on May 3rd and 4th, 2025 at the Hagerman High School Ag Shop.
This is a great opportunity for students and community members to complete their hunter education requirements in a convenient, local setting. The course is free and is open to anyone aged 10 to 17 who is interested in obtaining their Hunter Education Certification.
We have space for up to 20 participants, and enrollment will be first come, first served.
Course Details:
📍 Location: Hagerman High School Ag Shop
📅 Dates: Saturday, May 3rd & Sunday, May 4th
🕘 Time: (Detailed schedule will be provided upon registration)
👥 Capacity: 20 Students Max

Hagerman FFA Competes at State CDEs
This past week, 16 Hagerman FFA members traveled to Las Cruces to compete in the 2025 State FFA Career Development Events. Our students represented our chapter with pride and brought home several impressive accomplishments:
Agronomy Team – 2nd Place
Luke Gray – 2nd High Individual
Rowdy Gray – 3rd High Individual
Nursery Team – 5th Place
Wool Team – 6th Place
Milk Quality Team – 13th Place
Livestock Team – 29th Place
We’re proud of each student who competed and represented Hagerman at the state level. Great job, Bobcats!
