Wednesday May 15, we will be providing an opportunity for students the receive a physical to participate in sports for the 2024/2025 school year. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to avoid getting last minute physicals before school starts. That situation usually leads to missed playing time. You need a physical to practice and play!

I need to inform you of a recent incident at Hagerman Municipal Schools that required us to enact our safety protocols. Today, we experienced a situation that prompted a shelter in place procedure to ensure the safety and security of all individuals within our premises. I want to reassure you that at no point during this incident was anyone in immediate danger. The decision to initiate the lockdown was purely precautionary and in line with our commitment to prioritizing the safety of our students and staff. It's important to note that drills and exercises such as these are conducted periodically to ensure that everyone is prepared to respond effectively in the event of an emergency. Today's lockdown served as an opportunity for us to practice our response procedures and evaluate our readiness. If you have any questions please reach out to the admin team.
