In-Person Learning Update
As such Hagerman Municipal Schools will start our phase in process for our elementary, middle, and high school students.
Specific information will be disseminated by the elementary, middle, and high school administrative staff to outline our plan for how and when our students will reenter until we achieve 100% in person.
In closing, we thank you for your patience and commitment to our educational journey during this pandemic. Please note that we are extremely excited to get an opportunity to bring back our students for in-person learning.
Safer Internet Day Tips for Parents and Kids
Do you ever wish that you hadn’t sent that picture of yourself to a crush? Or have you ever thought twice about where your picture could end up on the internet? February 9th is Safer Internet Day. Safer Internet Day is celebrated across the globe each February. This year’s theme is on “sexting.” Since the pandemic began, there has been a dramatic increase in youth online activities to include a rise in self-generated sexually explicit material by children and teens. The New Mexico Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force is working today, and every day, to make the digital world safe from predators, cyberbullies and other online dangers but we need your help! Please remember to think twice before sending an inappropriate image of yourself, whether it’s to a close friend or to a complete stranger. The New Mexico Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force reminds you to use technology in a safe and caring way, and let’s all work together for a better Internet. Happy Safer Internet Day!
We expect to have our school reopening on Thursday, February 18, 2021, with group B students.
